If you're not up too early, you might be able to have your breakfast in the sun on the slate bench in the corner. Otherwise, it's the perfect place for a lazy lunch or to unwind after a hard day in the hills, as it catches the sun from mid morning until the end of the evening. Outside the French windows we have a small paved patio which has a table and chairs in the summer. Another couple of chairs are out throughout the year as sometimes the best days are in the middle of winter!
